Incredible Food in Eureka Springs – Garden Bistro!

July 19th, 2010 by Sam Feldman

When you come stay with us at the Bridgeford House Bed & Breakfast, be sure to eat at the Garden Bistro, open for lunch and dinner. To quote from their website:  “The Garden Bistro: A fresh, new dining experience in downtown Eureka! Come enjoy flavorful, farm-fresh gourmet dishes at the Garden Bistro created with ‘just- picked‘ vegetables and herbs right out of the garden!

As any gardener or lover of fresh produce knows, when dishes are created with vine-ripened, ‘just-picked’ veggies, foods take on an amazingly wonderful texture and flavor, so very different from the standard traditional foods and meals most of us are used to purchasing at local supermarkets and main-stream restaurants.

This is why at The Garden Bistro our dishes are created around seasonal, farm fresh, locally grown fruits, vegetables, herbs, eggs and meats. Because we use farm-fresh, products, there is no set menu, so that we may offer our guests healthy, delicious dishes teaming with fresh flavor. Due to our mid-west growing season, this means that what a diner finds on our menu in May will be different from what they find on our August or September menu, a fact sure to create an exciting and unique dining experience every visit! This concept is a passion for Chef Lana Campbell who spent 13 years as a produce farmer on one of the largest produce farms in southwest Missouri. In 2003, she married her passion for growing produce with her passion for gourmet cooking and opened The Garden Bistro on her Missouri farm. Now she brings this `garden-fresh’ restaurant concept to Eureka Springs using produce she grows herself as well as other locally produced foods to create memorable, gourmet dishes for Eureka Springs’ newest dining sensation: The Garden Bistro. Visit us today and make a memory with someone special at the Garden Bistro, a truly fresh and unique dining experience!”

Garden Bistro is at 119 North Main and is open for lunch from 11 – 2 and dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. They are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This will become one of your favorite restaurants in Eureka!

Warmest regards,

Jeff and Nadara (Sam) Feldman – and Sophie, too!
