Can you believe it’s almost here? Another Christmas season and it’s in the mid-70′s today! Life can be so confusing sometimes that we don’t even know what month we’re in – or what day of the week it is! So to help you plan ahead, here is some must-see calendar happenings coming up over the next two months in beautiful Eureka Springs, AR:
November 11-December 11: “A Season of Celebration” Christmas show at the Pine Mountain Theatre
November 12-December 18: The Great Passion Play’s “The Reason for the Season” Christmas Show and Drive-through Light Display
November 19-21: Eureka Springs Pantaloons and Painted Ladies Victorian Festival
November 20-21: 22nd Annual Fall Antique Show and Sale at the Inn of the Ozarks.
November 26: Santa in the Park
December 2: 43rd Annual Silver Tea at the Crescent Hotel’s Crystal Dining room
December 3: Eureka Springs Christmas parade – this is a great parade with an up-close view from our little streets – put on by the Chamber of Commerce (yep, that would be my hubby, Jeff!)
December 4: The ever-popular Candlelight Tour of Homes, a look inside some of the most gorgeous historic homes in Eureka! Quit just driving by them; come see them all decorated up inside!
December 4-10: 11th Annual Christmas at the Crescent – all kinds of holiday activities spread out over a week!
December 10: 8th Annual Christmas Ball at the Basin Park Hotel
December 11: Ozark Chorale Performance at the Auditorium
December 11: 4th Annual Sweet Treats Tour of Eight Fantastic Bed & Breakfasts dressed to the nines for the holidays – including yours truly! Come sample 16 sweet treats and take home the recipes! We have special packages for that weekend starting at $285, which include two tickets to the tour, two special keepsake ornaments to take home with you, and two trolley tickets to make the rounds to all the inns – plus, of course, one of our comfy rooms for two nights and the luscious breakfast each morning, not to mention Sophie to cuddle up with.
December 17: Home for the Holidays Concert at the Auditorium
If you’re not feeling like celebrating after any of those, than you just have a bit of the Scrooge in ya – come to Eureka to get rid of that - “God Bless us – every one!”
