Luxury Linens

November 20th, 2009 by Sam Feldman

Luxury is something everyone wants to experience.  Most of us have to get away from home in order to do that, because we never learned to take care of ourselves at home. Bed and breakfasts are known for their pampering of their guests, from a full sumptuous breakfast served by smiling and happy innkeepers, chocolates or treats on your pillows, to luxurious bedding to fall into after a busy day on the town.

Here at Bridgeford House Bed and Breakfast, we are trying to do both. We will take care of you here and provide you the means to take care of yourself at home! Within the next couple of months, we will have all our rooms furnished with the Private Quarters label. The Private Quarters Blissful Bed offers a seven layer process to turn an ordinary bed into a sumptuous sleep experience you would expect from a top quality luxury hotel. You will be able to come to our inn and experience this quality and you can recreate that experience in your own bedroom with Standard, Superior and Deluxe levels, depending on your needs and your budget.

Feel free to take a look at our website for Private Quarters, to learn more about the products and to take advantage of the full online catalog that is available.

Just Customer Service, Ma’am

October 11th, 2009 by Sam Feldman

I had an unexpected but delightful call today from a guest that had stayed with us a few weeks ago. She just wanted to tell me, again, how much they had enjoyed their stay, the breakfast, and their room. She intended to tell everybody she knew that was coming to Eureka Springs to stay at the Bridgeford House. Of course, this delighted me. But what really iced the cake was her next comment. She said what they enjoyed most was our warm and hospitable selves. We made them feel so much at home and so welcome, it made the experience over the top. Now that’s a compliment.

It’s just the way we do things, ma’am.

(Of course, she then proceeded to ask how Sophie was, who we all know is the one that really makes everybody feel so welcome here!)
